Our Shipping Policy - Delivery Assurance

PAYNE-MASON Premiere Cru has always maintained a No Compromise Policy to insure only the finest quality and freshness. Premiere Cru features state of the art shippers, encased in three inches of durable one-piece closed cell polyurethane foam. This extra care offers maximum insulation and assures that your order arrives as fresh as when it left the kitchen. In adherence with the Premiere Cru No Compromise Policy, we choose to use this insulated packaging year round. All shipments of Premiere Cru Chocolate will be delivered within 2 business days, unless otherwise arranged. However, Premiere Cru Ship Days are Monday through Wednesday. Orders will not be shipped on Thursday or Friday to ensure product quality upon delivery.

Shipping rates apply to all addresses within the continental United States. Please add $10.00 to purchases with shipping addresses in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. For Overnight deliveries, please add $15 to the above pricing. Premiere Cru Chocolate cannot be delivered to APO, FPO, Guam or Foreign Country addresses without prior approved arrangements.
